We will try our best to amend or cancel your purchase at your request. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact our Customer Service team during business hours here. Live chat is the quickest way for our team to receive your request. Unfortunately, changes cannot be guaranteed.

For our international customers, should you wish to amend your address, please request to cancel your purchase and repurchase your order with the correct address. 

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to the details, including your shipping address or name. However, if you need to return your order after receipt, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to guide you through the return and refund process. Keep an eye out for an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
