What happens if I receive damaged products or the wrong item?Updated 8 months ago
We're sorry to hear if there has been an issue with your delivery, such as receiving damaged products or the incorrect item. In the event of damage, we may request photos of the product/parcel. For incorrect items, once you've received the order, you're welcome to return the products in their original condition within 30 days after receipt. Follow the returns process on our website HERE, and after we receive the returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund processing. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund.
